Ms. Elizabeth Bugiel, President of Mental Health America of Hancock County announces Ms. Teresa Erwin as this year’s chairperson of the Send a Hug annual “Fun” Raiser to be held on Thursday, February 14, 2008.

“I am pleased that Teresa, a member of the board of directors for the organization, has agreed to again chair this year’s event. Teresa and the staff are working on fun and creative products for this year’s Send a Hug project.

 Send A Hug proceeds support the ongoing mental wellness programs and services of the organization and are a very important part of our annual budget.”  added Ms. Bugiel.

“Volunteers play an important part of this fund raising event and I encourage everyone to consider participating either with the preparation of the gift items or delivery on Valentine's Day.” Stated Ms. Erwin. “If you would like to volunteer in preparation or delivery on Valentine’s Day, please contact the MHA of Hancock County office 317-462-2877” she added. “You will receive much more than you give through the Send a Hug project”.
